WSH Real Estate Portfolio Administration
Our services |
|
WSH Real Estate Portfolio ( hereafter IPC ) provides private investors with a very detailed but nonetheless
highly transparent reporting system. IPC is designed for real estate owners who have a regionally and sectorally diversified portfolio, looked after by a number of management companies. Depending on the size and complexity of the portfolio, reports are issued quarterly, biannually or annually.
The reports include recommendations from WSH, the implementation of which are then discussed in detail with the clients. WSH can if required coordinate and supervise the implementation of the recommendations and report on the results in the course of ongoing reporting.
